The cleanest fitting flat wiper blades for E46 are....

It doesn't bother me any more though as I no longer drive to work so the wipers will only get used when I'm out driving casually and it's raining at the same time. The chances of me wanting to go for a drive when it's raining though are slim.

Mine work perfectly.

100% of the screen cleared in a single wipe on the S2000.

Perhaps people with problems have 100 different Ubér Detailing products and a shed load of SuperAntiWater Nano Formula on their glass?

Oh, pass side one doesn't sit flush with the screen on e36 either, nearly 1" up at the end.

I think this is a trait with the e36 and flat blades personally. I've had exactly the same results with Valeo flat and ebay special flat blades. As far as I can understand, the pressure just isn't transferred across the length of the blade. This could either due to the arm not producing enough pressure or the design of flat blades not being able to produce enough pressure at the tips.

As for there being a section of the screen in front of you not wiping, that is very odd.

Could be that the springs on the arms are past it maybe? They aren't designed to hold a blade flat to the screen, they are designed to hold a standard blade from ~1inch away.

Well I've ordered some of these for our Golf after the passenger side wiper split at the weekend (car is almost 3 years old now and I've never changed them :o). They should be here tomorrow so let's see what they're like.

No doubt mrk will be up all night sweating, hoping it's +1 to the favourable review camp.

the one that works from my set is pretty good to be fair, and the seller is sending me out a replacement for the faulty one today so can't argue with the service.
