Seems to be the going rate for cleaners in our area but when you scale it up does seem a lot.£38k a year is more than most Nurses, Teachers and Police

So let's say £12 per hour?Well, it is unskilled labour, so based on our economy, probably minimum/living wage or very slightly more.
I mean no disrespect when saying this, and i think everyone in the country deserves more money. However based on our current economy, i don't see how you could argue that they should be paid anymore for what they do?
