The Crew

Just had quick play about seems boring....but will play more later...One thing I noticed is that the game is locked at 30fps in the video settings and greyed out and cant change it to 60fps.....is there a way to change it?(if I wanted to play at 30fps I would have bought a console)

Beta has finally launched, to my love, i have graphical glitches making it unplayable.

Trying to fix this.

Anyone else who is playing, you can remove the 30fps cap by going into

C:\Users\username\Documents\The Crew

Opening "PCScalability" in notepad and changing the fps to what you desire,

Please note i changed mine to 120, and removed Vsync however i still seem capped at 60fps. But it is still better than 30

Hope this helps you guys

Anyone who played Test drive unlimited 2, who likes the open world aspect, this game is that on steroids. (and a working network)

I'm actually trying to think - what made TDU2 so appealing to me. When you look at the game itself, it was pretty mundane. Apart from trying to find the hidden cars and the locations to take photographs, there wasn't a great deal to do. (Apart from the challenge cups but they were over pretty quick.) But I loved it!

For me it was the atmosphere of the environment and how fun cruising around was! But having such a vast open world was kind of rare when that came out the likes of Need For Speed may of been open world but were locked in by barriers etc. In a post Forza Horizon world I'm not sure how TDU would stand out as it did before. I'm hoping the crew is just as fun to cruise on as that is the only thing I care about really races etc are secondary :p
