The Crew

From personal experience, I'm on mostly Ultra with SMAA, getting around 45-55 FPS in citys. Open world is 60+ (60hz Monitor v.v)

Im running mine at 4K using DSR and getting anything between 30 - 55 fps, which in this type of game I find acceptable, not noticing any affects on my driving, which is rotten anyway :)

cant decide what car to get next im not that far into the game got the nissan 370z chose it cause it was the best handling car at the beginning and got the hotrod. think i might go for the shelby im not to sure
 
Just so everyone knows ubisoft have been having huge issues with there crew credit system, looking into it shows that some people have been waiting over 20 days to receive there currency in game! Might be worth avoiding for now
 
What is crew credits? It does not require spending more money on the game does it? I can get away without that can I?
 
Yes and no.

Obviously you can buy these things. Buy car with dollars, or crew credits, there's always the option.

There's no need if you're prepared to grind out the bucks on in game assets. Might be some other stuff im unaware of, but hey if you want to dabble, they toss you 100000 free candy.

Given how aggressive they've been thus far with the credits though, things might change:)
 
That and you can enter competitions to earn you yet more for free. I would 100% Recommend spending them on perks instead of a car though its easy enough to make 700,000 per day at 50

On hardcore with the wheel I've not found the handling that bad in general. It's 'simcade' for sure, but offers up a fairly believable driving experience and the FF is good, though I'm not getting any vibration even though It's on max? I've seen some reviews says it doesn't feel quite right though, so not sure if it feels less direct if you use a pad maybe.

I'm up for joining a crew/co-op play if there's anything happening anytime. DarkBahamut15 is my Uplay.

This is one of the things that was putting me off, numerous reports of it being pretty bad if you're using a wheel which i kinda like to use for the extra challenge. What setup and settings are you using atm?

Some reports of it having really twitchy steering with a g27 making it unplayable
 
loving the game so far plays fine with all ultra 4x txaa , do we have an crew in the game if we have how do i join yours or i need an invite ?

The crews are a on the fly system. Unfortunately they didn't structure the game as such to have clans/guilds/clubs or even gangs as that would seem fitting with the game. So theres no LARGE groups possible. The most you can crew with is four people. Its more of a team system.

And you can request invites or send invites ect!
 
It might just have been me being as oblivious as always, but recently I found out that if the map filters are set to exploration and hidden cars is changed to undiscovered only then all the hidden cars near any tracking stations you have driven up to will be unveiled in a similar way to the undiscovered tracking stations. It makes finding all the hidden cars very much doable. I have no idea what they are like compared to the other cars, but I've been having great fun using them as my main car to do everything.
