Yeah there is certainly a point where paying extra for a just in case it happens is no longer worthwhile
Ahh makes sense for sportier cars to do it then. Also it does look way cooler.Inboard dampers on pushrods lower the unsprung mass = more control over wheel movements.

Oh yes, I was looking for them on the car, lolOn the floor just to left of exhaust on last pic
In fact scroll up a picture and you can see one attached to the chassis far right
It looks like they are using them to hold wires etc in place, I assume whilst the bumper isnt fitted so cables are probably not in end locations
