The disappearance of Nicola Bulley

As someone said above, probably been planted by someone who just wants a bit of attention. Wasting precious police resources in the process.

If it was found near to the investigation then why didn't the police find it first? Plot twist - it was dropped by the abductor(s) days after to **** with the police.

I think I've watched too much Netflix, like so many others.

Caught a bit of a youtube video that better half was watching a while ago, claiming that police have been incorrectly asking for CCTV and dashcam footage from Garstang Lane/Road, when they should have been asking for footage from around the Blackpool Lane entrance to the fields. Apparently there's Strava activites showing she always used the Blackpool Lane entrance/exit to do a loop around the fields before returning to her car near the school.

Video was awfully laboured, repeating the same point over and over again, apparently something to do with videos needing to be a certain duration to qualify for "monetise."

There's a lot of spiritual clairvoyant type videos going about everywhere and it's 100% to do with monetise so don't watch videos like this giving them ammo to do more.

Honestly, wouldn't be surprised if someone has just planted that there in the hopes the story would get picked up. There have been loads of people visiting the area.

Or, the more likely possibility, simply a glove another walker has dropped, happens all the time...

That's exactly what I was thinking. The bordline fetish some people are getting from this case and the moral fibre of some of the population can't put it past someone.

They should be able to see if there is any dna in the glove and maybe match it to Nicola.

I think there is supposed to be a press conference later on.

Whatever actually happened in this case sadly I can full well believe claims of police incompetence. A few years ago there was a murder near where one of my colleagues lived. After following a single hypothesis originally the police opened the investigation out a little bit. Result being that it was weeks before they came round and asked for cctv of the road going past his house, by which point all the relevant footage had been automatically recorded over. They had visited in the days after the murder to ask if he'd seen anything, noted the presence of the cctv cameras etc, but they never actually asked for the footage until weeks later.

Still nothing to go off, other than she has some “vulnerabilities”, think the press conference is an attempt to try to put a stop to all the nonsense surrounding this.
Yeah, seemingly the "vulnerabilites" were given to them by her partner, what do they mean? She had balance problems?

But she'd have to be incredibly unlucky to not only fall in the river but almost hurl herself far enough in to clear the shallower edge and at the same time knock herself unconscious since if she wasn't knocked out she surely would have been able to scramble herself to the edge or call for help.

Sounds like the police are suggesting suicide, which seems odd? Ie jumped in the river and got washed away?

Maybe she's tried self harm before

A suicidal person wouldn't be arranging play dates for their children the following day
