yes you're right it also shows on the phoenix edition. but its under the year 1 pass content, so maybe its a pass perk?
either way im not massively concerned, stash was never an issue for me personally.

It's part of the elite agent pack, so either ultimate or phoenix editions. Maybe it'll cost a bit to unlock but I've no doubt the stash space will be available to all very quickly.

I've fired it up a few times now but my gear sets are so old after all the updates. I have a high gear score but i haven't looked at the caps for armor or whatever it was. Mega rusty.

As for stash space-dont think it will be issue,just those who prordered ult and other editions will have more space,think it this way-some driving BMW M5 while you driving "normal" 520d,yet same 70mph road

It's not like that tho is it, it's more like you both have the same car but someone has but a big block in the boot, and if you pay more you can fit more in the boot.

Wouldn't put it past them, however checked with two mates, one who pre ordered has it, the other doesn't so I think i'm in.
