The Division 2 - March 2019

I thought i was special after getting the email since i only signed up a few days ago.. :(

preload done now though, looking forward to see how it plays.. undecided on whether this will be a pre-order or not

I'm apparently getting a free copy of The Division 2 due to purchasing a Ryzen not so long ago.

There any point in checking out The Division 1 in the meantime? I know pretty much 0 about this series and can't say they're the type of game I usually go for.

I only started on TD1 yesterday :D. There's a 6 hour trial available, although you can get to level 8 (where it caps) in 3 hours easily - so gives you a bit of experience of the game. There's also a current offer to unlock the full game for £4, the trial was good, so thought why not. At least that'll give me something to play/familiarise myself with after the beta and TD2 fully launching.

If you have access to the division 2 beta i would check that out first incase you dont like the game at all.. if you do enjoy it then i would recommend getting division 1 as it is a great game, theres still a month yet until division 2 launches so plenty of time to play division 1 enough to get used to how it plays etc

The free trial sounds very handy, I'll give that a whirl, cheers.

I'm pretty sure I don't have access to the beta, so I'm guessing the TD1 trial will be the closest thing to let me know if I'd like TD2. I haven't claimed anything yet, so maybe there's a way of getting shot of the key for decent value if it isn't looking like my cup of tea.

My friends and I have plenty of Beta codes between us so if anyone needs one, I have a couple to give away. Add me as per my sig but fire me a message on here first so that I know who you are!

I got an invite as well (like many others only registered a few days ago for it) So yeah seems like this "private" beta is heavily restricted to only anyone on this planet who asked for access. Could mean they are very confident of their product or..they are desparate to sell more copies..or both :)

Would be ok to get an invite? I've added you on Uplay (mug2k1).

Cheers

Well, they gave 1500 keys to 2-3 streamers (each). One of which put all his on his discord as he "forgot" to give them away lo,l.

I have 2 invites left for anyone wanting to play

that's not what he said, he said he is an incompetent giveaway youtuber so just wanted to post them all on his discord as its easier (lazier) haha. I actually think multiple people have used the same key - wonder if its a 1500 use key or something daft lol!
