Fair enough, I shall do as you order.

But if the game is designed for mp?I'll be playing this solo, maybe with the wife, we enjoyed TD1, but neither of us got hooked. After we tried Warframe but didn't get into it, then Anthem which was a total disaster (to be expected) we don't have many games to play together.
However, I will be certainly playing this solo regardless. And I prefer it that way, going into the dark zone solo and waiting to pick people off was some of the most fun I've ever had however that was early game. Not sure how this game will fair up if you're going at it solo end game.
ANYWAY, my point is, some people swear down that MP is the only way to enjoy games these days. It's just not true.
But if the game is designed for mp?
No one is saying you can't enjoy a game like The Division or Borderlands Solo. Only that these games are enhanced and the gameplay and experience are improved by teaming.
You are saying that, they are not enhanced at all.
Stop telling people it isnt? :Confused:Stop telling people the experience is far far better in coop then. Simple

Then all the more challenge
He isnt saying the game cannot be enjoyed if playing solo... he is saying that IN HIS OPINION he gets more enjoyment out of playing with someone else than he does solo
i dont understand why him saying that bothers you so much?
i mainly play solo in most games and yet there is some games where solo just isnt any fun for me and its much better to team up
Beats me why it bothers so much, I play games the way I like them, cant say that I get bothered by anyone who says a game fits a different playstyle. I may disagree with them from my viewpoint but it wouldn't bother me, far more important things in life to be bothered about than someone who disagrees with me on a video games playstyle.
I find that the best way to handle anyone who says I should say or do a certain thing is to use the same method that I do with vegan activists. Smile, agree with them (as usually they just want to see people acquiesce to them) until they move on and then tuck into my steak
To be fair it bothered you enough to write a longish post
imagine saying witcher 3 sucks because its **** at MP...Then all the more challenge
I also play TD solo only, and in fact enjoy it a lot more than having to do co-op, because I play it for getting immersed into the world and mess around. In co-op the competitive element overtakes everything and then it's all about min-max and just upping the score, so to speak. I stopped enjoying that sort of gaming a long time ago.

Excluding the PVP element, i just don't really see the competitive side with co-op play in TD1? So i'm not too sure where people are getting worried.
Dunno about competitive to the degree he is talking about - those that do that tend to be self-contained clans anyhow - but if you are playing with randoms at higher difficulty setting it is annoying when someone hasn't got a reasonably well put together setup and/or ignores what the other 3 players are trying to achieve.
Personally I find the game much more enjoyable post level 30 in coop - unfortunately they've not really given it the City of Heroes type treatment where both solo and coop were equally enjoyable at end game.
I will say i have noticed doing coop legendary missions on world tier 5 that some groups we've zipped through missions, whereas other groups it's taken significantly longer to progress through the mission.
I don't mind either way, although if the whole team dies and it restarts from the beginning or from a major checkpoint a fair way back, then people tend to just quit which is rather frustrating, as when you then search via matchmaking again, you end up with half of the same team again . I'd guess this will be less of an issue with TD2 on launch as there will be many more players playing the game.
