*** The Division Thread 2.0 ***

A friend actually dropped a Barrett's chest for me earlier today; The guy is an absolute legend. Unfortunately it was electronics, edr, hok and kill XP, pretty much the worst roll you can bloody get! Even so, not sure I could drop one for anyone else if I got it.

Still back to the grind for FA or Stam, armour and ammo. Bloody thing. Did get a show stopper though. Hope that hasn't used up all my RNG luck.

Side note but how are people feeling about the TTK in WT5? In 1.4 my Alpha/Spec/Savage build really melted NPCs. Now, despite the FAMAS and uncomplicated, and using a very similar Alpha build, the only way I can drop a regular elite (not a heavy) is with an entire mag to the head. Feels much much more bullet spongey. Going mad or others feeling the same?
 
Think theyre trolling us with the showstoppers, they seem to be the most common of the named drops atm, had one today from GA.

TTK I feel is pretty balanced atm, not as bullet spongey as 1.3, but not as easy as 1.4, can still drop them pretty fast with high enough dps/EAD, whats yours at atm?

It also depends on a few things, more in the group = more hp/armour on the mobs I think, theres a massive difference between 4 man & solo, if you run a 4 man challenging, then go solo UG it stands out a mile.
 
Yup +1 to that! Solo challenge is **** easy, the more players in your group, the harder it is.

It is far quicker doing challenge runs solo than in a group now...
 
Have to admit that my Preds + 2 Strikers is my favourite build so far. PLENTY of firepower (with 58% EAD)and also the 20% stability bonus of the Strikers 2-piece means that I can actually hit my target even with the most unwieldy of AR's :D
 
Now I've got rid of my 4pc pred. I didn't find it that useful, I'd rather be firing an extra few rounds than waiting for the bleed.

I went 3/3 preds strikers, imo the extra EAD is better than the bleed, most mobs are dead before the bleed barely ticks.

Definately. Got 3pc striker, barrets chest, MC gloves (16% Dmg when no set bonus active) and something else, I think just a Pred pack.

Elites are dead within about 20 bullets on my AB+Barretts+Sturdy Hols :D :D :D

Get your EAD up, I'm at 58% with the above build and they're downed in about 20 bullets :cool:
 
Switched back to my spec. backpack last night so have lost 10% EAD (still decent at 56% though), the extra skill power just has more advantages over that extra 10% EAD I find, only thing, which annoys me is that the ammo/grenade belt and backpack looks naff to a striker backpack! :p

Still no luck with the skull gloves or Barret's vest yet I have got 2 of the **** ass ninja bike basg and 2 of Ferro's masks...

Why can't I get a lvoa/lightweight m4 to drop with this kind of roll! I swear this game can detect what you are after and what you don't want :p

After 169 Lexi runs i finally got Barrets vest.
Expected it to be rolled to electronics,no armor,no ammo,got somehow in the middle - rolled to electronics,but it has 1200 armor,no ammo,rolled to stamina 1270,will do till i get next one after 217 Lexi runs :D

I've now picked up two show stoppers. Both times I've seen those three golds in the stack and got excited, only to be dashed as I get close :( A cruel game indeed.
