I think they will. In 1.6 there are a few hints towards it, dz entrances that cant be accessed from the LZ etc and considering the length of time till destiny 2, now is their time to grab some of those players.

In regards to skills, surprisingly at end game its a bit more feasible to run with different stuff inc running with no heal if you have the right talents.

This game is really demanding more PVE content, it's such a huge sandbox of the stuff they could do and add, love them to expand the city more, add more missions, a mission to retake the huge bridges that New York has would be pretty epic.

They got JFK airport close by too, there could be missions to retake that, part of that could be you starting to retake the underground and use one of the working trains to get there and then you enter the airport zone and you have to retake sections to take the whole thing back, they could make that as a buyable DLC.

YES! Last night was the most fun I had in a online game for a long time! I was surprised we all stayed together after the first mission, normally everyone leaves but the other two kept together, so I followed them and we kinda walked into a side mission and cleared them out, right after that, the group leader started a second mission so it just snowballed from that.

Think today, am going to work on a lot of encounters to build up my supplies to finish off my main base, only have the 2/3 upgrades left in each section to upgrade at 200 each.

i think they will expand, as in the new in DZ checkpoints beside central park there are signs that point towards locked doors that say CP1/2/3 for different regions etc. So central park will be opened i think.

And then on the east side, there are once again locked doors in the checkpoints leading to a LZ area we cannot get into.

Maybe year 2 DLC, but i think they will definitely expand. a lot of it is already built :)
 
PVP in lastman is very balanced

It is, last stand is definitely my favourite game mode now, so much fun and you get loot at the end :)

Tested out a few different guns and gear, seekr and shotty/AR work great :D

Seekr gear is going to be a must for me to get when 1.6 goes live if they keep the talents similar or the same as they are in the latest PTS.

Has anyone else noticed a significant drop in Toughness in PTS 2? A few days ago I was at 464k (499k on live). Now I'm at a worryingly low 349k....

Edit - Just realised the re-cals have been reset. Even so, I've still lost quite a bit.
 
I'm assuming this is a quirk of the PTS, but when I enter the Underground starting area, my toughness jumps to 651k.....

New formula - health is halved on rolls.

I'm assuming this is a quirk of the PTS, but when I enter the Underground starting area, my toughness jumps to 651k.....

Normalisation for some reason applies to UG as well. Don't know why
 
I lost about 100k (was at 400k), had to roll more which has affected my electronics, now. sigh.

since we're all balanced in last stand, mobile cover is ridiculous now. I think it need nerfing?

oh and yeah for delta errors, 2 seconds before you're about to win the match.

Same, 1.5 I'm at 467k, PTS Week 1 I maxed out at 401k, now in week 2 I'm maxing out at 360k.

And I do feel much weaker in week 2 of the PTS. Shotties from elites hurt much more.

Week 1 they had the health just fine, now its just to low.
 
The way the devs constantly tinker with the game reminds me of an epsiode of Father Ted, in which he notices a miniscule imperfection in the paintwork of his car. But rather than just leaving it like any sane person, he attempts to hammer it out, reducing the vehicle to a crumpled, broken wreck in the process. Here's hoping the devs know when to stop hammering.
