*** The Division Thread 2.0 ***

Deadeye / Lonestar are broken - not working every time.
FM only works when rogue

Classifieds cannot be rolled at all as they should not have been in this weeks PTS anyway, also the main stats are not correct as they borked their formula for the minimum roll. :D

Strikers is OP ez mode crap lol! QA? nahhhh. All they need to do is remove the first it givine 0.1% of max possible health, but the last bit on a timer with missed shots and it would be balanced.

Not even bothering with PTS aside from testing FM tbh.

Well,i kinda like Blizzards anti cheat, its quite effective tbh,at least way more effective than the one devs "promised" for Division :D

I'm aiming for Tactician build now, Seeker Mines and Flame Turret. Got a talen that adds 0.2% skill power up to 30% on next skill use, bosses will go down with ease, and thanks :)

Still not done Lexington solo, the "big guys" just don't stop..

Forgot the name of the mission, it's in the image lol.

Hudson refugree camp done on challenging just now.

Edit: Guess who got a Tenebrae from a world boss :D

Ah tacticians....it is a good build to be fair. Good combinations to go with it are vigorous chest and inventive backpack which will help with healing(from chest) and inventive will increase your skill power when at full health
Then you have a weapon talent called "talented" which gives you more skill power when you kill a target with that weapon. :)

I personally don't like running skill power builds so I either run high-end with skulls or with Enemy Armour Damage and Damage to Elites rolled everywhere and just go for the big bullet damage numbers. Alternatively, I run strikers with an SASG shotgun and assault rifle with the same rolls. For PVE. My stat attributes are normally 6k Firearms, 3k stamina and 6k electronics - for PVE or PVP.

Well done on Queens Tunnel and Hudson Refugee - those axe rushers can be tough in Hudson.

Today's challenging, Lincoln Tunnel is fun as well - I find it easiest of the lot on Challenging.

Cheers,

I discovered that intel at WT5 provides 100k experience per piece collected...somehow I missed that. Easy xp for caches.

Cheers

The rushers annoy me something rotten, and thanks too :)

I'll try Lincoln Tunnel, If it's the one were there's a bomb at the end and you have to stop guys blowing it up, i do not like that one. Always struggled! I'd like the urban mdr or barretts vest but cannot do lexington on challenging.

on the roof top, you get two Heavies and I just cannot take them down, am now a firearms focused build with a Police Mk17 and Custom P416 G3.

I often switch to the Historian just because the Talent is awesome.

Just got a 448,110 headshot crit on a Named Boss. I like this Police Mk17 :)

Here's how I get through Lex rooftop.

Don't go past the small hut as you come out of the lift. Generally the sniper can get you if you use the corner for cover so stand back a bit so you have a decent angle to work with but don't expose yourself to the sniper.

I run a turret and airburst seekers (regardless of build) so keep spamming them as often as you can. The heavies will be attracted to the turret so use it to lure them to a point you can shoot at it without being hit by the sniper. Use the seeker to immobilise the heavy and then just shoot. I stack Enemy Armour Damage and Damage to Elites on everything I can, and use AR's with Ferocious and Destructive (and Predatory) to give extra armour damage and damage to those elites.

My main character with this set up runs 37% DtoE and 54% EAD. I find this is enough to cut through the heavies with a good time to kill.

There is an exploit if you need to use it...the lift doors will often stay open, so if you need a break or to regen some health, run back to the lift and hide in the corner to the immediate left as you go back in. The Rikers will come up but can't get into the lift and can't shoot into it either. Gives you time to regroup.

It might take a few attempts, but it is do-able.

Lincoln Tunnel has the boss at the end on top of a truck. There is a tunnel where you need to protect a JTF bomb technician as the second encounter (third if you engage the Rioters at the very beginning) but it is relatively straight forward, the tunnel being a natural choke point if you don't go too far forward.

Cheers

Thanks, I tried the lift method before but they just stay there.

I ran it four times the other day when it was the daily challenging - one Tactician, one HE Firearms focussed, one HE Stamina focussed, and one HE Electronics focussed. The easiest run was with the HE firearms focus, although the initial placement of the heavies does play a big part in how easy the roof section can be. Slowing them down with big impact seekers (airburst) and hitting them with a high damage turret from the Tactician certainly made it easier on the roof, although the Tactician struggled in the last section.

They will eventually move away from the lift, you may need to go away and make a tea or something, but I've never had them just stay there indefinitely.

Cheers

Guys, had my account hacked on Uplay. Please add "DigitalXA" instead now. Bloody russians, game language and all was changed, spent my uplay points, changed name on Uplay account etc.. got control of it now.
