*** The Division Thread 2.0 ***

Just gone to play the update and my game is in Russian? Worked fine when I last played it in July or August. Had a quick check and everything appears to be set to English? Any suggestions.

Edit: managed to find a guide for language options in game, not sure why it was set to Russian though :S

I have to say out of all my support PvE build I love my high-ish Skillpower Skulls build. 235k skill power and mods for a wider station and a good booster for everyone, still kicks out some good damage too! Very good balance between solo and support, I'd happily use that in DZ etc for a solo build :cool:

No, there is a new rolling table near the underground, Survival and CTF level initiator, next to the rolling table and the crafting table. It will allow you to max out all the stats on your current kit with pheonix credits.
 
Ah nice one didn't know that...I will take a look this evening. I'm a bit rusty haven't really played much since falcon came out.
 
The new optimisation station uses Div Tech to max out current stats the older recalibration station which random rolls stats uses Phoenix credits.

i think im going to start again at lvl1 and play through the game again, is it worth saving all the phone messages, drones etc til you hit World Tier 5? as you get a ton of exp from them which means aload of free caches? With regards to gear, whats the best option to optomise it now? get a bit of gear / weapon, use Recailibation to max a specific stat or change a talent and then use that new optomisation thing to max the stats?

So damn confused now as they seemed to have added so much, and a lot of things i forgot existed lol.
 
Think so - not 100% sure but given they give such a quick succession of caches once you hit WT5 and you can quickly skill other ways on subsequent runs especially with friends it wouldn't seem a good use of them otherwise.

Think finding gear that has stats that are roughly close to what you want - using recalibration station to get things like stamina/electronics/firearms the way around you need then optimising is best approach - no point any more trying to get things like firearms upto max on an item via recalibration when you can do that without random rolls on optimization as long as you have a good source of DTech.
 
Aside from DZ the other reasonable source of it is from exotic caches (unfortunately a bit limited by the timers before you can get them again) and from salvaging exotic items - at least it makes it a little less disappointing when you get colonel Bliss's holster for the 100th time.

Hmm maybe but the dark zone is a nightmare solo at the moment. Well at least it was last night... I guess the good thing is that you keep the Div tech you pick up in there.

I played for about 4 hours last night and dismantled loads of gear. I got about 50 div tech for doing it. (no it wasn't DZ gear it was gear from daily missions and stuff).

It seems a lot more rewarding and run than running the silly div tech assignment thing they have brought in.
 
Bored with resistance already - something about it just isn't clicking for me - I'm going through the motions but getting nothing from it.
