Saying that,i still think that Massive needs to separate MP and Solo parts of game.PvE needs massive () content,PvP needs proper arenas,where you can set certain rules,like no Ults,no turrets etc.so PvP'er can get they thirsty of blood,and PvE'ers will get they chance to explore DZ without being ganked constantly.
Massive trying so hard to make stuff for both camps,they usually end taking something from one camp or another (Sentry nerf,Tact nerf,etc etc) just make something good for one camp,and then in another patch vice versa.
I agree with this. Too much back and forth with balancing and, in my opinion, it's all down to the PvPvE DZ.
This patch seems to be half carrot (no XP or currency loss on death if not rogue) and half stick (minimal new PvE content and then only for groups) but ultimately centered on getting you into the DZ, be it in 1.6 content or Last Stand content. Some players simply will not go in there, and it's not a small number. Didn't Massive come out with a stat that only 30% of players had ever entered the DZ past the one mission during 1-30?
And if they are at all serious about the longevity of this game then they have to do something proactive about the hackers. Banning people after the event is too late. One bad cheater experience in DZ is enough to put some people off for good. Oh, and add lots of PvE content. PvPers only need other PvPers to kill.
30% skillpower from TA is on in that screenshot. The 15% skillpower bonus from my gun and 20% from talent Death by Proxy are off.
That is how I play with that low health but I admit its a little on the low side as I have to be very careful about cover. 170k is more realistic but I love the high skill power to much. Just hide in a spot where you cannot be shot and drop seekers + Sticky bombs.

Here is a pic of my 1.6 Reclaimer setup;
Am able to constantly run a nice strong Pulse and my Reclaimer Station is up for 98secs and down for only 15
I love it!!!
edit - I've since upped the Toughness to 333k and taken off some Skill Haste that wasn't really required

No as I don’t tend to stand up in cover and when I do it’s for a split second to drop a sticky bomb then straight into cover. For seekers I don’t even need to pop out of cover.Do you use robust at all? Nice build and a different way to play
For talents I use demolition expert for 20% explosion damage, Chain Reaction for 20% more explosion damage, Death by Proxy kill a deployed skill to gain 20% skill power and Critical save which I might change after 1.6. For the gun Talented for 15% skill power when killing a target for some reason sticky bombs trigger this. Then its stand back and watch the explosions. Now my cooldowns have hit the 5 second cap I often forget to shoot my gun!
i dont know why people are so scared of going in there to be honest.
it was broken completely for solo play between 1.3 and 1.4 (think that's right versions), with the initial hacker crackdown and balancing it got much much better.
okay hackers are creeping back in but it's still a very fun part of the game, solo or grouped. even with my total potato aim and lack of PvP skill.

It's a great combo and the Liberator just looks sooooooooo cool
Just a lovely all-round support build imo
(I'm always within Station range so the low Toughness isn't really an issue tbh)

Is there any reason to save the money for?
I been saving all my money and just using the drops that I get, but is there anything decent in the weapon and gear shops later on at end game?

You can by the cache boxes which contain phoenix credits, easiest way to earn those types of credits.
this is what i do when in need of phoenix creds.. but honestly money is so easy to get once you hit 30 anyway so you will have plenty more than you need
You don't need it now! I just tested and died to a rogue, lost nothing.

Is that on gear you're trying to roll or had before? They did mention that it was something they're looking into as ARM wasn't rolling to Health along, as it should be.
As I understand it..
If you had gear in 1.5 that you rerolled a stat to armour. When 1.6 arrives it will just undo the recal back to what it was originally.
Gear that dropped with extra armour stat will go to health.
It's on today's twitch feed when yannick comes on hamish stream around 1hr 40min.

Yes man, it's a good weapon and very similar handling-wise to a LW M4
Great for an Elec build for me
(or a higher AB Elec build that I also like to run)
