The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim announced

Not sure if they have fixed it yet. But last time i checked. If you have the block talent for moving normal speed while blocking. It worked while crouching to make you faster than you normally would be crouching.

Was leveling light armor and 2h weapons at the time as heavy and 1h were at 100.
Definately helped playing as a sneaky character. Being able to move so quickly crouched.
 
I just tried the unofficial patch and I still can't absorb any dragon soul, so I can't play until something gets fixed as I can't unlock the needed shout.
 
Do you have to be a minimum level to play this expansion?

I keep dying as im only level 27, dawngaurd wasn't an issue, neither was the rest of the game as the enemies scaled up appropriately yeah?
 
the unofficial patch is a god send! allows me to ride dragons now.

only thing is the dragon riding is a bit of a let down. cant control the dragon and fly it around, it goes where it wants.

bet its because of the stupid consoles, devs probably didnt let you fly one at will because the consoles wouldnt be able to render the landscape!
 
Is there a bug that means you can't absorb dragonsouls? I keep hearing of it and I let a giant kill a dragon for me which then didn't burst into flames.. I assumed this was because I didn't directly kill it.

I've got that bug. I even tried to create a new character and none of the dragons on either character that I've killed (both in the new area, and the original skyrim area) have let me absorb their soul. And because part of the Dragonborn main quest line requires you to unlock a certain shout, my main character can't progress into Dragonborn, and my new character can't even progress either as I can't absorb the first dragon to get the first shout.

Yup, and when I tried to search online it seems some people had some luck removing some mods, but others can play a completely clean version of the game with just the expansions and still end up bugged, so it's an issue with the game itself not any mod.

With any luck it'll get fixed in the next day or two, either officially or added in to the unofficial Dragonborn patch.
 
Couldn't you add some dragon souls via console commands? Haven't tried it but a quick google says this is the command:

player.modav dragonsouls number
 
Thought I'd play Skyrim for the first time in months. Runs much smoother since getting a new gpu but I'm getting 1 to 2 seconds pause every 30 seconds or so :confused: Using Cat 13.1 drivers. Anyone know what could be causing this? Was pretty much unplayable :mad:
 
2K textures, COT, RLO, ELnFX, SFO, Project ENB mods are working perfectly with dragonborn. No issues at all, how did that happen without any updates?
Will these mods be compatible with future dlc's also?
