My suggestion would be to watch gopher's beginners guide to modding skyim. He goes through various mods in a particular order starting with graphics i believe. Oh and the dude is a legend in the skyrim scene

Time to uninstall the RCRN

EDIT 2 : Have re-installed Realvision ENB with the latest performance ENB tweaks, which have been added to OP

If the dungeons are too dark, you could adjust the ambient interior settings in one of the ini's. Sorry, can't remember which one, it's been a while :D
Tony's your man.

Or you could appreciate it as being realistic or take a torch/wearable lantern or something :)

It'll be under the shift+enter in game ENB mode, then just adjust..But Neil wasn't using ENB with RCRN so those menus wont apply. But that's the normal way of doing it with ENB but expect he knows that

I dunno what was up with my one. Every time I used the shift+enter menu, the results never stuck when I started the game again, despite pressing save settings or whatever it is.
Ended up having to make notes and manually enter them in the ini...
 
I used to run with it Neil, was beautiful to look at. But me being anal, it just looked out of place where Whiterun is situated. It's quite a baron area in general with not much greenery so instead I go with AMidianBorn Whiterun. It's very good quality, not as pretty as Perfect Whiterun or Beautiful Whiterun but seems to suit the area better.
