yeah that is looking quite nice,,,i think you should put some kind of enb on it to make the lighting better and the colours pop though :) will make it look loads better :cool:

if your worried about perfoemance go for the realvision enb performance one,,,i think its great
 
I'm using ENB - just dialed a lot back other than light rays and pushed the shadow options up quite a bit though that is more subtle - I'm intentionally using saturation boosted colours atm over higher contrast (getting a good balance where the lighting doesn't look flat in the game is hard).

ahh sorry,,i see now,,im just so used to seeing these enb presets set with high contrast/colour etc it looked a tad vanilla to me lol can see now though after you mentioned and I look again,,,are you using something like realvision,,sharpshooter etc or just the standard enb from borris site?
 
Standard ENB but with vanilla settings and most stuff dialed back - trying to not move too far from the original style of the game - mostly used ENB to get the rays and fix the shadows issues like striping.
 
ahh I see,,i thought you wasn't using a preset like realvision as mine looks a lot different,,sharpshooter etc all look way different as well,,i preferred the more vanilla look at first and was just using mods with no enb,,,then I thought "i want to try a enb" so downloaded borris newest version but was rubbish at doing my own presets,,I have since then tried sharpshooters enb and realvision,,sharpshooters didn't work to well with the new enb and had a big hit in the fps,,i didn't like the look of it too much either,,realvision I LOVE!! I went with the performance version and I think it still looks great,,,i couldn't go back now ive tried it,,the colour and lighting etc are sooooo much better,,,

have you tried any of the enb presets ?
 
Not tried any - flicked through a few screenshots of different presets in this thread and elsewhere.

EDIT: Where some of those presets would really work is indoors locations - some of the dungeons, etc. the lighting really sucks but no easy way that I know of to swap between 2 different styles indoors and outdoors.
