If I'm a team/club that realistically does little in Europe (Arsenal) or won very little recently (Spurs) then absolutely 5th and cup win

If your knocked out of cups every season and also don’t win in Europe then what’s the difference?

Say you win cups and lose in champions league but then next season win in champions leagues and lose cup etc

You wanna compete in both and win things not just dismiss one just cause Madrid aren’t in it etc
