Disagree my view on cups isn’t the same as yours I suspect.
Our squad can balance the cup games, today was just a horrid performance by many

Agree the performance was appalling and I agree with the poster who said some of these players maybe done with Arne, I said a few years ago to the neighbour (Tottenham fan) that I don’t have any interest in the domestic cups and said we should always play the 2nd string even if we get to the finals, he obviously disagreed but said if Spurs were like Liverpool he’d feel exactly the same, FA have turned them into 2nd rate competitions and put so little value in teams winning them

Disagree, clubs generally can't complete for 4 trophies. Given some of our squads tendency to pick up injuries (which is being managed fantastically well so far) I've no issue with dropping out the fa cup.

We would yeah but at least that person can be a no.2 to Bradley, whereas the LB, CB and centre forward will need to be no.1's
I dont think that its a lack of funds which holds them back from spending, more a lack of desire to spend imo.
Aye, unfortunately the blokes body just can't handle it anymore- those 2 nasty injuries he had look to have messed him. Shame really
I don't think so no, they've shown time and again they've no issue with 'refusing' money for players thst are down to the bare minimum in term of contract length

And he is 28 this year, heading toward the latter part of his career and not even 150 career league games yet (in 10 years at Liverpool)
