It's not easy, but you have two options:
1. Take your time, stealth kill everyone.. use bottles where necessary to lure enemies to positions where they are easily picked off.
2. Run around and grab all the enemies attention, you'll end up with ~8 or so chasing you (depending on difficulty). Lure them all around the big haystacks and lite it on fire, if you do this correctly you will get all enemies in a single match (This is the tactic i had to use on AKUMU no upgrades).
EDIT: Tip that some people aren't aware of: If you hit an enemy directly in the face with a bottle, it will stun them.. allowing you to perform an execution attack (Knife under the jaw). Remember you have to crouch and attack while they are stunned to do this.
