Read this from start to finish, you've gone through a lot of pain mate and I really do feel for you. But I'm glad things have started to look better for you and your kids! I hope you can all forgive my total dumbstruck speechlessness; I also have dirt in my eyes, must be from the high winds we had. All of you; your words of encouragement in the beginning and throughout most of this year have been phenomenal. My sounding board and in return from you all an encouragement to keep fighting to do the right thing.

To you all who have offered words of encouragement; advice and consolation, to the staff of OCUK, 5UB for his background arrangements and every member of this forum, my heartfelt thanks. You have been here for me and now you are there for my children too, you will put some great smiles on their faces and help them have an extra special Christmas.
 
You seem like a really stand up guy. I'm sorry you've gone through such turmoil in your life, especially that your kids had to experience it as well. I'm glad they're doing better, it seems they deserve a fresh start too.

I had quite a forced upbringing and really had to deal with things early on as a child, as did my younger sister. Reading through this thread and seeing how you've handled the problems kind of gives me perspective on what my mother went through - sort of seeing the other side. I shall be donating once 5UB responds to my email and I wish you and your family all the best, I hope you have an extra special Christmas this year. :)

Just told your story to my partner, she doesn't normally listen to things I talk about from these forums but she seemed to have some dirt in her eyes while I told it (as did I, again).

I really hope your kids have a great Christmas this year and will be contributing as soon as 5UB gets back to me tomorrow (although I wish I could afford to give more).

5ub, such a sneaky genius! Terrifies me to think what you could accomplish should you ever turn your powers towards evil...:p

Leon, really hope it helps you and the kids have an amazing Christmas. One thing never to forget though is that having such a dedicated father is a gift that little in life will compare to.
