Sounds like there was some Mexican ties then, as they were originally going to announce a new title sponsor in December. Unless its unrelated and the sponsor jumped ship independently of them dropping Perez.

I'm going for McLaren Mercedes F1 team, in silver and black with rocket red highlights, but less red than recently. Basically the 2006 colours.

I would guess a lot of chrome, as that really is their style now. Black? Im not sure, it is possible, Mobil1 have a fair bit of black as do Johnnie Walker. SAP very blue though. Would expect them to keep the red somewhere, possibly the rear wing as it has been for a while now. Will be interested to see the sidepods as that will be the real change since Vodafone have been there for 7 years.

Silver was West, but fitted well with Mercedes. The chrome has become a bit of an image for the F1 team, so with Mercedes still in the back for this year and no title sponsor to dictate colours, I can't see any reason why they wouldn't continue with chrome. At least until Honda start to have a say.
