Regardless of the offside call at the end we got exactly what we deserved. That was the most gutless performance of the season from us summed up by both their goals. There's been times in the past where Benteke's ruined us but we allowed him to today. We were scared to make a challenge all game and Villa were able to get the ball into him and get runners from deep time and time again.

Looking at the replies above it seems so.
We've been **** apart from a nice little run in the middle of the season we've been terrible. No idea where we go from here, seemingly it all lies on Sturridge being out, so what we're a one man team like we were with Suarez?
We need to spend another boat load of money for quality players we sorely need.

Watched the game and yeah Liverpool were utter tosh in midfield. I'm not a Liverpool fan but some of the players like henderson, Gerrard seemed invisible throughout the game.

Sherwood, Villa look a different side in league as well as cup under him. They actually look like they can believe they can win, something they looked devoid of under Lambert.
Second team he has improved pretty significantly after taking over... but still people talk down about him because of how he talks in interviews, while Redknapp and other terrible managers get loads of media/fan love despite failing over and over again.

They also looked as though wanted to reach the final, the desire to win was strong.
They out performed us in the stands too., although there were certainly some with dads as brothers
Congrats to them hope they win the final, ignoring the offside goal generally they were much much better
should have joined Chelsea when he wanted to.
And yes tbh, some great moments were had. Well done lad.
