Much respect for the comment (the dads as brothers bit aside :) ). Not too often I read opposition fans being so gallant in defeat. Especially given the very poor offside decision.

I thought we deserved it overall too, but that decision was really odd.
 
The offside whilst wrong wouldn't of hidden the fact villa out played us massively tbf, Rodgers got most subs wrong today aswell so didn't help us. Be glad to see back of this season really, just hope for a strong finish.

Yeah fans on the train were pretty sound about it too, but felt they deserved that bit of luck after the last few years which is fair enough, here's hoping you get more late may

We have those fans too just they usually aren't abusing me so care a bit less :p. Sucks the fans we attract now, loads moaning about everyone should sit until we scored meanwhile villa fans drowning us out 30 seats away :(

Couldn't understand it at all, Gerrard into DM, Sterling wasted out wide, Coutinho rwb. Lucas injury cost us the game probably as it wouldn't have let Brendan make those mistakes.

You did deserve the win, we simply weren't bothered.

Let's be glad he isn't going to be asked to play DM against arsenal in the final when Lucas gets inevitably injured again.

Oh and that shot by lovren tipped me over the edge, did anyone think Can had his worst game for the club?

Yes and no. He really struggled at RB but he was the one player that showed any fight in him today.

Hopefully we start planning for next season now and we see him move into CM for the remaining games of the season.

The rumours are Skrtel will be off in the summer.

Rogers buying record is pretty shocking really. I'm not sure I'd give him any more of my money.
