The FA CUP Third Round - 7/8/9 January *** Spoilers ****

Must agree with this post from the Caf:

It reminds me of the Rugby World Cup when the Wales captain was sent off and everyone sheepishly followed the dimwitted ITV commentary team in saying it was a disgraceful decision.

It wasn't long before rulebooks were read alongside video replays and everyone accepted it for what it was.

So when you look at the penalty decision turned down in the second half, it was in fact we who were cheated today. Stick that in your files marked 'conspiracies' and 'moral victories'.

Just watching it back, how good was Welbeck's finish?

the more I watch it back, the better it gets

Welbeck was also a little unlucky with the scorcher of a cross from Valencia which he didnt get enough of a touch on to put it in the net.

While I believe he got the assist for this goal (even though Evra imo did the hardest work for it), Nani was seemingly quite quiet today .....although I know he was on his least preferred side

Got to say that season long loan up at Sunderland has done him well. He's beginning to start to look like a really good player.

While he did fantastically today, and deserves his place in the squad , I still think Chicharito should start more often than not and have Welbeck waiting as a sub (rather than vice versa, unless one is not fit). I know a lot disagree with me , but I still think that will be the long term solution for Utd.

Its just unfortunate neither work that effectively as wide players

Recent example of pages and pages of crying?

I think it's when United fans come together and moan about how they're supposedly victimised on the boards, when in fact, it's them who mob around attacking other teams and fans. And then cry when it's returned.

It's banter when it's United bashing other people, but if it's the other way round, it's bullying.
