The FA CUP Third Round - 7/8/9 January *** Spoilers ****

Just seen the goal again on Youtube he was easily onside, level with the centre backs and left back was about a yard closer to goal.

Everyone seems to be forgetting in this post-match analysis that Arsenal played like **** warmed up and didn't really create anything all night.

I'd argue they didn't create much because the quality of the tackling was so good, i was incredibly impressed with a couple of the tackles this game, better than i've seen from leeds in a long time. (just ask tummy and his dicipline scoresheet :p)

and for once i've been pleased with the overall refereeing of a match, apart from the stupid decision to not give us a corner that got townsend booked, clear as day that was a corner.....

Who bloody well cares..we won with a class Henry goal...yeh we played like crap for most of the game...thanks to Chamakh being useless as ever and Arshavin also being useless.

What a brilliant return for the legend that is Henry....:D

Worrying that Wenger seemed to think this way too though. If he'd had any sense he'd have said "we're not getting carried away by the moment, lots of work to do etc etc". As it is he seems to be satisfied with requiring a moment of magic to beat a Championship side.

A championship side with arguably one of the worst defensive records going i might add :p

I can understand your objectivity, what with you not being an Arsenal fan, but frankly, I could suggest a few places where you could shove it, and none of them would be family friendly.

I don't care if he can only run for 3 minutes a game, he's got such good finishing it really doesn't matter! Make a change from Chamakh running around all match and not managing to put any away ;)

According to everyone in the pub who wasn't busy creaming themselves like me, yeah, it was offside. This is me caring though.

Think the officials were just hell bent on seeing Henry score. I haven't seen a replay from in-line but he looks a foot or so offside at the angle we had.

ESPN is cack

Pretty sure it was onside from the replay I watched after the game. Think the LB was playing him a yard on.
