Not quite sure what was going on with my Terminator eye there though. :/ :o

The tie was a little tighter earlier in the evening but by the time this shot was taken I had some some drunk bird tugging on it.

I need some Oxford shoes, preferably patent oxfords but may be out of my budget. Only fancy spending £50 or so.

Seen a couple, namely some River Island ones on Asos and some pointed ones on M&S. Would pointed shoes be OK with a dinner jacket? Or is it a bit much?

I've been using the Superdry Ebay outlet, which was suggested a few pages back, picked up some good clothes from there at a decent discount for Superdry clothes.

Can any one recommend any other EBay clothing outlets, I should be keeping an eye on?

Anyone recommend me some dark/navy blue chinos? No more than £60 preferably and not "skinny" fit, possibly slim or tailored fit.

Having a bit of a mare trying to find some that I like :-/

John Lewis have some very nice ones for about £40. They are called Ultimate Chinos I think, in the shop they were £80 I think so it's either it's the wrong ones on the site or they are on sale. Next do some pretty decent ones of various fits too.

Cheers sol had a look but then did the following..

I went for a pair of Linea tapered navy blue chinos from HoF, then went on asos, saw a pair of Ben Sherman ones, added those and some shoes to the cart and ordered those too. Think I need to wait for my in store collection at HoF and return them straight away....whoops!

Dear OCUK forumites,

I have an issue that I am hoping you can help me with. In 2009 I bought a Gstar Raw Decoy Wool Garber Trench. I loved the jacket, and it surivived with me for almost 5 years until I lost it the other week in a bar.

I now need to find a replacement for it, but in the EXACT same style... ie: NOT the latest new version of the jacket, which doesn't look as good, this one http://www.revolveclothing.com/DisplayProduct.jsp?product=GSTA-MO86&c=&d=Mens

Can anyone by any chance on gods earth help me with locating this specific style jacket? Ive tried googling with no joy... or should I say, I can find the style, but not in stock. :(

The exact style I am looking for is this one http://www.xileclothing.com/product...DECOY_WOOL_GARBER_TRENCH_6081_4002_0_0_1.html

Another example of the style I want here http://www.asos.com/G-Star/G-Star-Decoy-Wool-Garber-Trench/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=707834&cid=0

Cheers,

Rich.

Should I go with brown or black leather on the belt with the beige chinos? Will probably get some brown brogues too.

Also my first ralph Lauren shirts... Great fit and feel to them..

Don't worry the fabric Hollister belt won't be seen near them in the wild, picked up a gorgeous brown levi belt complete with yachts to finish off the levi 501s

Some good choices there! Liking the chinos and the shirts. I found some lovely RL shirts in TK Maxx the other week but they were either regular fit or tailored fit and they just didn't fit properly. I think I need slim fit.

Some very good choices there mate, in fact you've given me a bit of inspiration there! :)

PS: Love the facial expressions, you managed to duplicate the same one in each photo. :D

what do you mean? they're the same photo, ive just photoshopped the colour of the shirt :confused::confused::p

cheers though :) Anything in particular? What do you reckon about belts, typically you'd go for a mid brown leather with beige chinos but would a blue suede compliment?

I think that navy suede, navy brogues with the red chinos would work exceptionally well though, blue and red seems to be a very "in" contrast at the moment as long as you keep one of the two subtle like navy.

I would buy both brown and blue belts to be honest, it's not as though you won't use them both depending on the colour combos you wear.
