Trailer looks amazing. Better than every post snyder DC film to date. Genuine goosebumps hearing the Keaton Batman theme. At least 2 glimpses of the Bale Batcycle, so surely he pops up at some point. A grey dressed Batman towards the end as well....

I've only briefly read about the problems with Ezra Miller. tbh, I seldom get caught up in what the actors, directors, writers say or do prior to the film coming out. I watch the trailer and then base my decision on whether to watch the film on that alone. Will be watching this on day 1 in the cinema.

Didn't have much interest in this then Keaton as Batman appears the theme starts playing, just take my money now

Maybe if people throw enough money at this they might do a Batman beyond with Keaton as Bruce

I am pretty sure that isn’t the Bale Batcycle as it’s too chunky, I believe it’s going to be the intro to the movie and that’s Batflecks Batcycle the suit is definitely the affleck one.

Strangely this was probably the first trailer since The Force Awakens that made hairs stand on my arms. The Batmen looked good. I'm reading Flashpoint at the moment by coincidence and I imagine this steals a few ideas if not plot.

yeah they been meaning to make a version flashpoint for a while. Its a critical arc in the DC universe so i hope they give it the attention it deserves which will probably explain the reboot.

If they stick the landing with this, it could really reinvigorate the DCEU but I have little faith in their ability to write the layers of flashpoint cohesively enough in a single movie.

Critical Drinker Open Bar talking about this with someone who has seen it. Film of two halves, Ezra Miller almost ruins it by the sounds of things early on, but really picks up in the second half and might actually be a decent film.

Not seen the animated movie but the Flashhpoint comic is a bit bat guano crazy in the way only comics can be so I think the premise rather than the plot will be the starting point. And it is a good premise.
