The Fury(X) Fiji Owners Thread

Quick comparison of my Windows 8.1 QuadFire Firestrike Standard score vs my Windows 10 score.

Heaven doesn't seem to be scaling properly with Fury X, I did benchmarks and the 970 was very close to it, like 970 = 60 FX = 70, theres no way that the hardware capacity of the two cards is that similar when you consider my 780Ti was getting around 70 on the same settings, and the 980Ti is meant to be what at least 25% faster ? and the FX is meant to be on par with it

Anyway I figured out a modification for dell U2410s that should allow me to use them without getting a headache so I will be able to feed my Fury X more pixels
because it seems to be very hungry

Looks like i jumped into crossfire at the right time, i had sli in the past with terrible scaling but my 7950s and 290s have been a dream, if the current trend continues im gonna be looking at crossfiring some second hand furyx cards in a years time.

It runs but it is not supported, hence the BF4 Mantle results are 0% slwoer than DX11.

AMD doesn't support Mantle on Fiji GPUs, they made a press release stating that. Their efforts will concentrate on Glnext and/Vulkan and DX12 since Mantle itself is no longer supported externally by AMD.

More precisely: They will not optimize old games for the new chips. Its not the same as not supporting it.
