I have 2 fury x on order from sapphire incoming sometime this year, and it pains me seeing numbers like that and people just brushing it off as if it is just normal.

It's just a benchmark anomaly so nothing to worry about at all. If you look at other results in the bench thread you'll see it's fairly common. You'll never see minimum fps that low whilst playing the actual game.

Just checked mine for this coil whine thing.

It may have it, there is a slight ringing, but it only seems noticeable when opening my case and putting my ear down there. Not as deep sounding as that first vid. Could it mean problems for the card though in the near future?

Also just tried Max Payne 3 at 5760x1080 and couldn't even set it to Ultra as it went over the 4Gb limit. As the limit cant be ignored like some games, I had to lower MSAA to 4 to be able to start the game.

Didnt OcUK have all the UK stock of fury x? I know for sure they had more than 4 lmao. Gibbo said he could make a small mountain of boxes with the stock he had. That sounds like 40 right there.

When ive ran the Metro benches, ive seen some stupid minimums of about 6 or 7, would certainly notice that while playing the games

Yeah Nvidia fanboys still insecure even when they see Fury X is deemed slower and by default a failure. If you are happy with the 980ti go to that thread...

AMDMatt, do you have Project CARS (or do you have access to one of the 20 pre-release keys offered to AMD that were apparently not fully used), to show us what a single and multi- FuryX system can do at 1080p; 1440p; 2160p?

With say 20 AI @ Azure Circuit in "thunderstorm;" on "race date" @ 1300?

Naturally on Windows 10 preview (perhaps build 10154 being released officially tomorrow), for the reduced CPU overheads.

I tried to refund pCars today, but Steam said NO, so I guess I am sticking with that game, so I wonder as well how it would run on 2 furys

Think you have me confused with someone else. I will be having a Fury X once they become available.

You cant stop people comparing these cards to others, really need to lose the chip on your shoulder/faboyism and have a bit of an open mind.

Recommend a ban for spouting spurious nonsense and vitriol.
