He has noticeable shaking in the head and hands that have been getting worse the past recent years and are not what is expected in someone his age. Its been very noticeable in the past 2 years worth of work in his cooking show, travel and the recent seasons of Grand Tour. What health issues Googleing suggests its him getting old and nothing more
So Clarkson directly caused the trio to be fired from the BBC and now also fired from Amazon.
Sure they do other work but TG and GT must have been their golden egg. I'd guess they won't want to work with Clarkson again after all the dust has settled anyway, and May has commented recently that he wants to retire soon.
Or their time was just up at Amazon anyway. It will have been 8 years since joining (assuming the last show staring any of them is in 2024) That is a decent chunk of time, given how fast the TV landscape has been changing recently. They have all made fortunes from Amazon.
As people have said previously in this thread Clarkson’s Farm has a limited shelf life. I would imagine Amazon are well aware of this and his contract was always at risk of not being renewed because of this and Grand Tour coming to a natural end.Not likely since Amazon has ended all work contracts with Clarkson. Clarksons farm was hugely popular, even if the GT had come to a natural end I could have seen more coming from Clarksons Farm
[Edit] May has come out publically and said that this "is a difficult time" too, so indicates that its something he wasn't expecting.

I think maybe trio time is comming to a end. They made comically massive amounts of money from working with Clarkson on Grand Tour, it would be no shock to see another car show staring the trio.
To be honest i think May is the dispensable one out of the three and he could be replaced.

I wish them all the best in the future but i think now they luck is comming to a end.and miss out on getting a truck full of money per episode, i cant see it myself. They are the luckiest old men in the UK
They have strayed into feeling forced and artificial for a while now. It just doesn't have the same magic anymore, but tbh that was beginning to be the case before they left the BBC. The move just exacerbated the decay with the split of production team etc.The writing was on the wall when they stopped doing regular TGT shows and only specials. Ive enjoyed most of the specials they did with TG, the TGT ones havent been anything special, watchable for sure, but not must watch TV anymore
Did he? It was an episode (maybe 2?)...not sure I class that as joining...he properly joined in 2003.No, May joined in 1999. Although Clarkson was there for ten years before that.
Has he been fired from Amazon?
Amazon are going to cut ties with him after his contracted work ends, i imagine he still needs to shoot most of the GT episodes.

So he actually owes Clarkson for his success as I saidMay was briefly a co-presenter of the original Top Gear series in 1999, during an interview in 2020, Jeremy Clarkson claimed that the show's original producers had decided to replace him with May in 1999, though they felt dissatisfied with May as he was soon fired in 2000, shortly before the entire program was cancelled the following year. Clarkson recalls May's firing in 2000 caused him to retreat into alcoholism for a brief period of time.[18] Following the first season of the show's relaunch in 2002, Clarkson managed to convince Andrew Wilman to rehire him to replace Jason Dawe.
