Seems like it might have, as mine boost to 1290-1303Mhz depending on game or benchmark.

GPUZ doesn't show power as the limiting factor in performance.

What level can you increase the power limit to in afterburner.

Assuming you use afterburner.

I have the MSI 970 at the moment and it is s great cooler.

I'm possibly looking at the MSI Gaming 980TI.

I wish it at least had an ETA on the site.

Are the MSI gaming cards for nvidia any good? The 290 gaming card I had was pretty much silent but it was horrible for keeping the card cool.

Yeah. The 970 keeps it cool and is also very quiet.

The 650ti I have is very quiet, and load temps in the low 60's. Very comparable cooler to the gigabyte windforce.

The EVGA Step-Up allows you to upgrade your product within 90 days of your original purchase date

The Step-Up program is not what I expected, I thought you could step up when needed, not from day of purchase :mad:

Looks like the TitanX and the 980Ti will have a very short shelf life.

Pascal is expected q2 or q3 2016, which would be 12 months. Sounds like a typical GPU shelf life to me...

If you want/need something now, don't bother waiting.

It'll be likely at least a year away, may get delayed, etc.

Doesn't mean anything you buy now will be less powerful suddenly and you would have had time to enjoy it.
