To get on the Roll of Honour all you have to do is post a pic with your user name on it of your TitanX.

Something doesn't seem right. Have you gone into the north of the map. Mine drops below 60 fps in the country side with high grass

I found the numbers strange too so I ran the inbuilt benchmark and it seems that Precision X is reporting double the framerate that the benchmark reports. Haven't run it with FRAPS yet but that seems to be the reason for the obscene fps I was seeing. I used to use Afterburner but switched to Precision X as it has the unlocked voltage facility. This means the TX is closer to the dual GTX 780s than I thought but it looks so smooth and stutter free.

I realised there was something wrong with PX when it said I was getting over 200 fps in Crysis 3

i was holding out for the 980ti. but if you guys says this card is good at 1440p
then i might buy a TITAN X with the 12gb (hopefully should last me about 2 years)

12 GB is ludicrous for the vast majority of gamers. 980 Ti will be much better value. That said if you were to use more than one Titan X that would set you up for years to come. The same can't be said for doing the same with the 980 Ti its 6 GB.

But yeah Titan X at 2560x1440 has been praised unanimously.

Single card will feel better. I'm so happy with mine. Titan x is a beast for sure

Updated the benchmark section in OP with some recent scores.

Thanks Kaap. Quick question to all owners re: temps and clocks. On idle my EVGA card doesn't seem to downclock and stays at 1000Mhz. Idle temp seems to be at 40C.

When at load, benching and using the aggressive fan profile on Precision X, the card's temps get to a max of 70C even when pushing up power and voltage to maximum allowed.

What idle temps are people getting? Also, do your cards downclock/downvolt? Mine is an EVGA version (non SC).

Depending on the refresh rate you have your desktop set to the card won't downclock (ie 144hz Rog Swift). I had to set it to 60hz and in Nvidia control panel set each game to maximum refresh.

Gigabyte here, it downclocks and downvolts on desktop (4K). Mine is 79c max at 60% fan speed, GTA V is the highest temp wise of all games I have tried for several hours.

My idles with a 22% fan speed is around 36-39c but with 35% (custom profile) is around 29-32c with ambients of 22-24c.

evga sli here, watercooled both, 44 degrees on full, vrms go to 48 50 degrees.

25 degrees on idle, no downclock seen 20 degrees ambients

edit: in menus and desktop is usual to see graphic cards with relaxed voltages.

Is it possible to change the default monitor? Not the Windows default monitor but the card's default monitor. My TX is defaulting to the DVI socket, but that's rotated. So if I want to get into the BIOS, I have to manually rotate the monitor back to landscape mode. I'd much rather see the BIOS on my landscape mode monitor that's attached to a DP port.

Only way I found was to use a Displayport -> DVI adapter - luckily I had a couple spare... my second monitor is DVI and I wanted my Swift to be the primary display too as the post comes up too quickly for the older monitor to power on in time.

Use the DP closest to the motherboard as primary adapter, then second is middle one and third is furthest away.

I don't know of anyway to update the other boot orders... maybe if you were to adjust the card's bios.

I have a ROG Swift and also have another 1080p secondary display connected to the card. The Swift is set to 60 Hz while on desktop yet the card still doesn't downclock and voltage remains at 1018mv constantly.

Is there a way to force it to downclock and downvolt or is it just a BIOS issue?

A single Titan X at 3440x1440 really is great. I've made up my mind to keep this until next year's cards come out, unless of course the R9 390X blows all expectations (which it won't).

Just ordered a backplate directly from EVGA, hope it comes soon. :)
