My city had grown a bit again so time for new pics
New high rise is building in my city center as I cleared a lot that was initially reserved for a future suburban mall, it was misplaced however as it was surrounded by skyscrapers and it would be more of an urban mall, so I Rezoned it into high density commercial and residential and placed more bus and subway, new high rise is already showing up :

The baseball stadium, along with a transportation hub ( Bus, rail, subway), my sims must have enough parking space for their cars, also note the 2 parking garages
, to ensure enough parking for baseball fans and for commuters:
A rail station in a suburban area, of course with enough parking possibility provided by mayor snowdog ( oops just noticed I messed up placing the rails for the station, ohwell Guess I'll fix it now that I noticed it ( un noticeable from other angles):
Suburbs, notice it's all high and medium wealth and that shops are nearby, so sims do not have to walk far to buy their beers and crisps :
Finally, and overview of the city and a traffic graph, notice how many people first walk to a bus station or something and then how many use buses, trains and subways/elevated rails
, I got a lot more people to use public transport than cars, even so I still keep the roads clear and any congested road gets upgraded so the driving fans can keep driving their cars
, also notice the HOV lane that is restricted to buses ( and walking) only, going straight through the suburb ( on the left bottom ish) encouraging using busses :
