Things like quest helper/carbonite really annoy me, they basically turn a MMO into an linear may-as-well-be-an-fps game.

All the information is right there in the quest log, which takes the intelligence of a 7 year old to work out where to go.

I do realise it saves a lot of time and progresses you faster (which is probably Blizzards fault for emphasising 'end game') but you've got no time to stop and enjoy the journey, just following an arrow from one point to the next.

I with 60% mounts now usable at about level 5, travelling time isn't exactly a chore if you have to go back to the same place twice.

For people who are leveling alts, it is annoying. Some locations even with mounts are massive. I have leveled several characters before, and now I just am leveling for something to do. Does it make you lazy, yeah probably - but I really can't be bothered to remember the location of the boars (which only 1 in 10 of them apparently have a liver) in for the forth of fifth time. Actually it isn't so much I can't be bothered, it is to see where the largest number of them is versus the location of other quests to plan my route.

aye if it actually looked like that and maintained something like a decent frame rate, I'd consider playing through it. Last time I tried it looked like a child had been using wax crayons on my screen and somehow disabled my graphics card.:D

I take it you can use AA now then? Last time I played it stell felt horrid to play and I'm still stuck to using medium texture settings and having it jagged as hell. Worst £30 I ever spent!

I really, really must get back into Mass Effect. :p

I've had it installed for months now and end up dipping into it every so often for half an hour or so and then something else distracts me and I don't play it for weeks. :D

Heheheh..that was always one of the things that used to make me laugh. Remember the Zhevra hoof quest in the Barrens?

Collect 4 Zhevra hooves...ok...should be easy right? I mean, each Zhevra has 4 hooves, so 1 kill should do it.

48 Zhevra kills later and somehow you still only have 3 hooves. God only knows how these horses were walking around with no feet.

GTA 4: Higher visual quality with Downsampling ????

Read the article but doesnt explain how i make it work ingame, i.e crysis or GTA IV.

It makes the game looked a lot better.

Anyone help with it???
