was wondering what good car games are there out? i looked at those TDU screenshot that game looks decent, but not being a HUGE fan of cars will i be able to play it ok? or is it really pro and all ?

TBH online its rubbish as you hardly ever see anyone else. Its a mix of arcade and simulation. But more arcade then sim. I have a Ford GT and it corners nicely even with the drivng assists off. All you need to enjoy it is a 360 pad.

Shadowgrounds: Survivor

This is a fun game I must say, reminds me of the old skool Res Evil days on the PSX but of course with far better graphics and music and action! Here's a video and screens below.

Edit* Just checked the launcher and gfx settings were on high/medium so have set everything to very high now

Yer it was 1280x1024, but people just decided to use what ever resolution their monitor allowed.

Indeed, finally a normall picture quality & size without having to click on thumbnails all the time, just load up the thread with 80 posts a page and enjoy immediatly without loss of quality . Myself find the quality much more important than to have to scroll a bit.

It would be nice if people stuck to 1280x1024. I cant be arsed to scroll over to see a tiny portion of a pic.

Do like I do resize to 1280x1024 and have a thumb to the full size.

Thumbs imo have no point, people that come into this thread just don't want to have to click on thumbnails.

Ahwell each to his own I guess, can't argue with someone preffering not to have to scroll instead. I post 1280x1024 most of the time anyhow, I only play some games @1600x1200 on my crt but mostly just play 1280x1024 on my tft.

I hadn't read the first post edit so fair enough, but... I play at 1680x1050 but whenever I post a SS, I resize so people don't get p*ssed when their page goes cumbersome.

Im more concerned with bandwidth but I still dont want to waste time clicking on thumbnails and waiting for windows to appear. Save the thumbnails for the other thread unless its some obscure type pic or dare I say it, scoreboard

Like I said unless I was typing in some other strange language I didn't realise I knew. Post a resized image at 1280x1024 and post below it a clickable thumbnail to the full size.
