Yea I guess, not in one yet. Mainly soloing it at the moment through level 1 missions with the odd bit of mining and such thrown in there. Name is either DuckySpud or Ducky Spud... cant remember if theres a space in there haha

Cheers. Yeah it looks excellent places. I just got it when Steam had the cheap deal on last week so on my first play through. I don't really play many single player games, but I'm really liking this.

And after that the entire screen went white for a bit lol. Had to zoom right out to see the full explosion, it was a bit ridiculous

On 3840x1080 it ran pretty smooth imo. Well, for Crysis.
It's shocking that batman will probably play fine maxed out at 5760x1080 and look marginally worse than Crysis.

Crysis isn't poor code. It's well optimised for what it does, it just does far too much
If you can afford three monitors though, surely you can afford 5 5870's

if this is the case I retract my statement I agree, rendering every hair on a butterflies eyelashes when it's 3 miles off in the distance and only 2 pixels big to begin with is no good to anyone.
Still, pc is the only platform where forward thinking developers that want to push things forward can do this kind of thing and we should embrace it. I think they're reigning in the beast with their next engine. It's going to be more scalable on weaker rigs and consoles.
