Only thing I can see is to set Dynamic Shadows on.

Other then that you'll have to force AF and AA settings in the control panel outside the game.

Am I the only one that thinks GTA4 at 1080 and mostly high is great looking? I love just cruising then hitting some people then play with the cine. camera.

Lack of AA is a pain the bottom though.

You can get Supersampling AA with a mod.
