Arma 2 has HDR I think so it depends when you take the shot, straight away or not. The sunlight is definitely more mediterranean though

Which server was that game on, standard arma 2?

I always hated the post processing effects in ARMA, first thing I turned off before playing.

Kane & Lynch 2 Demo.

Didn't bother with the first game, but I've been pleasantly surprised by the demo. It's got a nice atmosphere, kinda Blade Runner. Shame it's so short and linear.

Looks better ingame had to reduce to png as the bmps were 3.5mb each.

Resistance is Futile!!!! (me attacking a fed system)

Unfortunately whilst my ships attacked the planet the feds warp in to the adjoining staging zone where my Unicomplex awaits em.

The fps can get a bit low here!!

I bring back my ships to help but too late to save the Unicomplex

Eventually see them off (feds always run when they start losing) tho i lost a scout cube in the process. Fighter bombers in this game are a tad overpowered. Unicomplex is a bit dark they are fixing it for their next update

Funnily enough, without playing with sound on, I actually jumped on alien trilogy, just like I did when I was a kid haha. Crazy how things change in games in just over a decade.

That guild wars shot is very nice, I have everything turned up as high as it goes

and yet it always looks better on someone else's computer

I am currently in the fissure of woe messing about as it happens!! Still playing an hour or two here and there but nothing like I used to do with friends when it was popular...

I'm guessing it's either from Nightfall, the end game one (Primeval I think...) or maybe some new EoTN one, never really followed the warriors armour.
Was a mesmer man myself

I think you'll find that almost all the assassin armour is far uglier than Primeval

I don't get what those giant blades of randomness were for...lunge yourself at the enemy if you lose your daggers or what?
