I was playing Vietnam just after 9am this morning. Got mine through EA direct though not steam.

Its most likely already installed & will not show up in the library.
Start BFBC2 & there should be a tick box for Vietnam.

^^ how demanding is the above game on equipment?

I have a logitech extreme 3d pro stick, will this be enough to enjoy the game or do I need to spend more on rudders etc?

Demanding graphics and CPU wise? Very... but its unoptimised to **** atm, not even dual 580s will increase your performance etc, but it is only in beta.

Not familiar with that stick... I've got an X52 and it works brilliant, no pedals for me and don't run into any issues!
