Ok they dont seem to get compressed much at all.

I even turned on the DOF effect on a few of them just to show it doesnt have to be an effect only the "replay" has (F3 to turn it on btw)

I'd imagine people would rather not have the fullsize images in here though even if it is the high resolution image thread.

BTW heres the difference between a replay and not a replay

I see your using SweetFX, would you mind either posting your config text for it here or in the SweetFX thread?

Also you might want to think about using the No FXAA.bat file to remove the blur around 300m+ mark.

If you check through some of the ini files, I am positive you will find x,y coordinates for the placement of the map.. Someone already has done it probably.
 
Those FarCry 3 shots do look way better, but I'm still not getting it. I know its because they've been compressed in size... Shame. :(
 
My dad nailed the problem with the Far Cry 3 graphics perfectly while he saw me play it, the environment looks like your inside a painting. It is technically impressive especially with the HBAO etc. but it's really ruined by the awful art style of the textures and ridiculous saturation.

It's still not bad though, played Crysis again early for the first time since FC3 and Far Cry does look better. I know they are 5 years apart but still. :p

There's something off about the faces in metro.. apart from that it looks amazing, really nice use of lightning and I love the guns
