The High-Res Screenshot Thread!

Great shots arc. How's it running for you? ;)

Thanks. :)

It's running well. It helps that the mod clashes with dx10 / 10.1 (causes crashes), so the frame rate is just fine for me around the Clear Sky base where most of those shots were taken. In previous mods though, dx10 / 10.1 was only an issue around the base; outside in other areas it was more than adequate - which is something I've frequently heard from other Clear Sky players.

It's Skyrim but not as you know it

Great fun :).

Now, I don't wish to be rude to the modding community of Skyrim, this is all down to personal opinions! As always.

My opinion, is ENB's and the likes ruin Skyrim, they take the sense of the atmosphere and location away. I just don't like them. These are near enough vanilla screenshots with a hand full of texture mods. And these look a million times better. Real feel for a cold and hard environment with charm when the clouds do disperse. That's what Skyrim should be.

In my opinion.

I didn't realise I had such few screenshots. And I'm sure they are a little old, but still. I never change the actual 'feel' of the world, just mechanics, textures and items. The devs wanted me in the world they created. Not in a Japanese replica :P
