***The High-Res Screenshot Thread!***

2nd play through of Cyberpunk 2077, this time a few mods, True HDR Reshade and Climate change like MRKs above.

How do you find the reshade?

I checked it out but many of the screenshots they showed seemed to be a bit too shiny/waxy for my liking so skipped over that and just used the climate pollution mod!

It's great for the most part Mrk, but I disabled a fee things within it like clarity etc, I'm using Radeon image sharpening anyway so combined it was far to much.
Adjust some bits to try and make it a little more dark and muted.
At night it's especially good.

All I see in those screenshots and generally for most reshades/redux mods across all games is blown out highlights and crushed shadows/blacks, really not a fan tbh.

I tried removing the reshade and reverting back to standard, just reduced gamma a little, kept the climate change mod, actually looks so much better without reshade, comparing the two like for like.

Which climate profile do you prefer? I like the dirty look of toxic but the pollution one just feels more natural how I would expect a cyberpunk city to be I think!

Made changes, while i enjoyed the darkness of True HDR reshade, the day time was a little blown out for my tastes.
So i removed reshade, and tried the darker lighting mod, for me it's absolutely perfect, the nights are darker and the whole feel of the city is more seedy, day time is unaffected but still using the Climate change mod.
here's some screenshots during the night for anyone interested.
in game settings are maxed minus any RT, 1440P.

Hey I was just doing side jobs in that area! I also managed to drop or dismantle my Skippy I think as it's not in my inventory any more :( :(

Haha, it's a great area isn't it especially when raining and at night, you use film grain and stuff in the setting Mrk? It's a good comparison between mine and yours if you aren't using RT.

Yep film grain is on for me, I only turn off motion blur and chromatic aberration. RT is indeed on,it's too nice to turn off :D

A fair bit, best example is the junk yard shadowed areas.

Your black levels are set correctly and know what gamma your monitor is tracking towards near black? While it is really dark, I can still see the majority of shadow detail in those shots.

Yup all set correctly, 2.2 gamma, 120 nits luminance etc. and can make out all black squares on the lagomn display test charts.

This is on both my ips monitor and oled TV.

I would say if you're seeing some detail then it sounds like your gamma or/and contrast is too high.
