Actually now looking at those remember me shots on my pc, do the backgrounds look a bit blurry and out of focus?

It is just edge blur to simulate "DoF" but not really, Obviously this game doesn't support proper dof but I think it makes the image a lot better in most cases. Trying to get a right balance is quite tricky.

Either I am retarded or Sweet FX is just not working for me in Watch Dogs. No matter what when I start the game no Sweet FX is running.

Which is annoying because I use it with almost every game I play that needs a bit of fresh paint.

Any ideas?

Borderlands

Been playing some Borderlands GOTY recently, really enjoying it. Also looks very nice with some SweetFX and AA applied.

I'm using a combination of GEM + SweetFX + Post Processing effects. Basically its a pseudo ENB that works in a whole host of games like SweetFX.

I use Radeon Pro for sweetfx. Works like a dream for all games inc watch dogs.
