If neither AirPort Utility, nor Find My Friends are available on the UK store, then explain why I've managed to download them via my UK account.

Looks like Apple are putting iOS5 updates from a lot of developers up at the moment as well. Have 9 updates to download, and I last checked yesterday night.
It makes sense to put the apps & updates on the store before releasing the OS itself. Otherwise people might end it with a new OS and loads of apps that don't work on it.
As for newsstand, has anyone heard what newspapers & magazines plan on using the feature and when it's going live (I assume tonight/tomorrow)?

Its live now as far as I know. I think the apps have to be updated for it though. Wired & GQ are working for it apparently.
theyre not going to load the OS up without having all of the other software apps ready now are they?
