How can this not have been tested? Should be a breeze with the limited hardware base.

Instead of doing an OTA update use iTunes and you should be fine.

The problem apparently only affects devices with the A9 CPU. So iPhone SE, 6S and iPad Pro 9.7 etc.

Well whatever it is, I'm seeing a whole host of nothing. According to iTunes, it's downloading. Not according to iStat menu's bandwith monitor which has naff all activity.

Updated my 6S using the beta GM release and didn't come across these issues :S Unless they have updated the release number anyway! (Was 10.0.1)

This should be the same build as the GM which didn't have any bricking issues, so I have no idea with the final release is having issues.

Oddly my iPad Air updated without any dramas, so I am just left with a bricked 6S+ at the moment.

Looks like it could be a corrupt download issue or something.

Right then.
I never use Apple maps. Never.
I just thought I'd open it to see if it's any different. There a dot on there showing me where my car is parked. Bear in mind that I'm in a hotel, 300 miles from home. I've never been here before.
It was absolutely spot on.
How on earth does it know?

/edit - just seen the above comments. My 6S+ and 9.7" iPad Pro are fine. Not sure what chips they're using.
