Anyone got ios11 today?? Just checked on my iPhone 6s and iPad and nothing yet.

I guess it will be a staggered deployment??

It's generally around 6pm I think.

I had missed this was being released so grabbed it last night using my Beta access.

It seems snappy enough on iPad but not sure I am totally sold on the app management (double click home) screen yet.

I like the swipe up keyboard though.

On an iPad you just swipe up further to get access to the multitasking pane.

Short swipe is dock, longer swipe brings up apps then swipe them to close.

Just hit my iPhone and probably my iPad at home.

Only thing is I'm at work till late so will have to wait to do it through iTunes. As last time I tried updating, I lost most of my apps and data.

So not going to take a chance doing it over the air.

I upgraded. Painless. Really like the new ~~keyboard~~, dock, multitasking. Not so keen on new spotlight search which puts apps further down the list and under the keyboard. This was a daft decision and I can’t seem to find a way to change this behaviour. Otherwise it seems to run well. Although in typing this message I now notice sometimes random numbers or symbols going into a few of my words, so while I welcome the change to make special characters easier to access it seems to have made it slightly easier to make typos too.

Edited to add this is on a 2017 ipad

One thing that winds me up with nearly every iOS release, the bloody font size. Is ludicrous, I’ve got it set as small as possible and it still looks completely Fisher Price! The wasted space is staggering.

I have lost Siri, it does not listen and hey Siri does not recognise any voice.
I have tried a setting and network reset but to no avail.

I’m definitely making more typos with this new keyboard, usually numbers in place of letters then it fails to autocorrect.

Really struggling with this one. Nothing exciting but don’t feels a bit different and messages now looks really cluttered with all the apps lined up below your message...
