I watched it today - brilliant.
Give it a chance, deffo agree with you, it's a slow start
The make up is fairly epic too I think![]()
Watched most of it, skipped bits.
??? lolbut it's missing something
??? lol
It’s a solid film with the odd questionable scene, Stephen Graham’s American accent was a bit dodgy at times.
i tried 4 nights in row to finish it
Film of the year for me. A masterpiece.
terrible. 5/10. only reason got 5 is the cast.
the filming is terrible. this is supposed to be close to a $200 million film. the filming looks like its been done on a shoe string budget. some of the starting footage for eg is truly terrible.
this film wont get back 160m in its wildest dreams. i tried 4 nights in row to finish it. what is this film ? its basically a good fellas want to be but done worse with a bigger cast. or should i say a more famous cast.
So performances are now based on the platform they run on? Utter nonsense....There are many Netflix shows with superb performances in them...take The Crown for exampleit feels a netflix performance. if you get what i mean.
Do you even know what the film is exploring ?the story line is kinda boring probably truish just not done well and as said 20 years earlier this would have probably been a proper oscar contender. now...just a netflix filler. it cost 160m to make its made 25m now and on netflix. says it all tbh. sad. could have been so much better. sometimes having too many stars just doesnt work.
what does me is it will probably win oscars for performances or some other crap. even though its terrible based just on whos in it.
