Yeah same for me I can’t see Sony offering a free upgrade tbh. I’m betting it’s full price for the PS5 versions.

I’d still pay it, I recently played through Last of us 1 remastered again on my PS5 and loved it. It’s one of the few series I’m happy playing through many times.

Probably…sad thing is, I’ll probably pay it :( I own both games digitally too. I hope there is some sort of discount tbh.

the last of us remastered in 2’s engine will look amazing. Hopefully the controls and prone etc are implemented.

I think if it can be done at no cost to existing users where's the issue?

I'm all for New IP too. But a patch akin to increasing the resolution slider on a pc game for example can't be that hard for them to push out

I agree with others though. Knowing them they will try to make it a paid for thing. Bit then maybe not as other Devs are doing it for no additional cost.

I don't think we need it either. I love the game but not sure if a graphical overhaul (again) is enough for me to want to buy the damn thing again.

I didn't want to kill the dogs though. Stealthed it up to the fence the dog jumps on. Grounded perma-death. Now, that may be another matter.

I guess once many runs through it, you then learn the ai spawns and patterns but on the first run, it's heart racing from every angle. :D
 
One awesome touch in this game is the weapon upgrade bench. The fact each upgrade has a dedicated animation is really quite awesome.

Though, they’re talking about doing other stuff for it too at some point, so that makes me want to hold off on my next play through! :o

Perhaps it means the TLOU 1 Remake and stuff rather than more upgrades to part 2 though.
