It depends on the map but swap between silenced hunting rifle & silenced semi-auto, along with silenced shotty and covert rank 2, has worked well enough for me so far

I just use the default Stealth one. Bow is too much fun. I think survivors is easily the best game mode. Others seem rubbish in comparison.

Did the famous generator part again last night. On Survivor so no chance I was taking down all the infected which come. I had the ammos and supplies but it would have severely gimped me later on.

In the end I just ran back up the ramp right next to the generator. Full sprinted to the corner of the last hallway where a couple of stalkers and the big bloater were there to greet me. Chucked a Molotov at them and then ran past in the confusion / burning and swiped the door

Done the left behind DLC, Really enjoyed that, now going through the main game.

This feels so much better running at 60fps, Enjoying it all over again

I've only tried it once, I found the control scheme a bit funny at times.

That don't seem to work, I might leave it as does defo feel a bit fiddly to enjoy!

Just for trophies really. You start again but with your guns and Joel upgraded as they were from the previous game.

I missed a tool box and I'm unable to back track. If I use the chapter select to restart the level will I still get the trophy for finishing the game?

If you want to do Survivor with your upgrades you will have to do the glitch to switch difficulties.

I believe you can play the prologue in hard but then need to switch difficulties at the start of the "20 years later" section.

Google will provide you with clarification.

I'd play on grounded.. its a lot more fun not knowing how you're doing with ammo and health..

I wanted to collect all the tool boxes on the way. I'm only about 5 minutes past where the box is located but I don't want to restart the chapter and it messes up the end game trophy.

Unless you're following a guide as you go chances are you'll need to use chapter select to pick up any collectibles and conversations you miss, that's if you're not planning on playing through again for the new game + trophy

Yeah I'm using a guide for the collectables and I will be doing a new game + on survivor and I want to be maxed out for it. Will I be ok restarting the chapter again then and going on to a new game + after?
